 According to Tehran Times, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has lost his life in a helicopter crash, while the Iranian Foreign Minister has also died in a helicopter crash. 

Earlier, the statement of the Iranian Red Crescent came out that the wreckage of the helicopter of the Iranian President has been found, the rescue teams have reached the wreckage of the helicopter of President Raisi. 

According to the Iranian Red Crescent, the wreckage of the helicopter of the Iranian president was found on a hill. 

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdullahyan, Ayatollah Khamenei's representative Ayatollah Ali Hashim were also on board the helicopter. Governor of East Azerbaijan province Malik Rahmati was also on board the helicopter. 


Raisi went to Azerbaijan to inaugurate a dam with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Sunday morning. This is the third dam built by the two countries on the Aras River.
